Place the mat on a solid flat surface. Lie all the way down on the mat for 20 minutes. 

For Neck Pain
Place the mat on a solid flat surface. Lie all the way down with the pillow comfortably under your neck for up to 40 minutes. 

For Lowered Stress 
Place the mat on a solid flat surface. Lie all the way down on the mat for 25-40 minutes. Take deep breaths and listen to a guided meditation or relaxing music during the session.
