Sami Clarke, creator of Form, a Pilates and strength-focused workout platform, walked us through a super productive, feel-good Pilates flow. It uses light weights, perfect—well—form, and a beautiful mind-body connection to help us feel strong and balanced in our own bodies.

Sami states, “Let me say this—some movement is better than nothing! Add this 10-minute, full-body routine when you need to get that heart rate up while burning out the glutes, abs, and upper body!”
